I started out calling her because of a property we were intrested in and she was the listing realtor, come to find out it was a cash-only house, which was not in our budget. She openly asked if she could help us find the right house. I told her we have very strict criteria for our house/property we are looking for, which definitely limits what's available to us. I gave her exactly what we were looking for and within 1 day she already came up with some wonderful options. One of which was the house we now own! We jumped on it quick, because it was exactly what we were looking for, in our price range with the options we wanted. Mind you, we've also been looking at the market for the last several months, a couple have caught our eye, but not like this one. I also need to know EVERY detail of everything i am doing. Lucky enough, i had a very patient realtor/friend. Jamie was the best!! She was always there to answer any question i had (and i had some very "out there" questions) without hesitation, with patience, and with clarity. Jamie knew her locations and if she didn't, she would not hesitate to do some research for you. She only showed me houses that were on my "want" list and even helped me realize that with our budget, i can get what i need and want with a little wiggle room. Jamie has been looking and answering my questions for the almost 2 years we were planning our move from Oklahoma to Florida. I have to tell you, that is NOT an easy task to do, for Jamie or my husband and I!! She stood by us as we dealt with a lender that left a lot to be desired and never stopped supporting us along the way. Our closing date was changed multiple times, because of the lender, which caused much stress on us. She was always asking what she could do for us, to help ease our frustrations.
